2018.1	Opened his long-awaited first store, Bangera's Kitchen. It attracted attention as Japan's first restaurant specializing in Mangalorean cuisine and quickly became a popular restaurant. About Mangalore

Since then, while facing numerous challenges due to the effects of the COVID-19, the company has increased its number of branches by opening stores inside Tokyo Station, Hatchobori, and facilities directly connected to Yokohama Station underground.

The third generation of a family that ran restaurants in India. In India, while working in restaurants himself, he also worked as a specialist in the restaurant business, managing numerous restaurants, bars, company cafeterias, and outdoor restaurants. With his roots in the coastal region of Mangalore in the state of Karnataka, south India, and a chef who used to work at a four-star hotel, he is working hard to evolve rare Indian cuisine that has not yet spread to Japan, while also exploring the hidden traditional culture of southern India. He is also passionate about digging up new recipes, and continues his quest to uncover even more unknown recipes. In the future, we will continue to focus on South Indian cuisine and culture, and will continue to work enthusiastically to spread the appeal of Indian culture, such as Ayurveda and yoga, which are good for both body and mind.

In January 2021, he established Bangera's Global Consulting Co., Ltd., which specializes in business expansion strategies for companies in Japan and overseas markets. He is also promoting the introduction of IT in his restaurant business, leveraging his experience and skills.
