We purchase fresh seafood from Toyosu in order to deliver authentic quality without compromising on ingredients and taste.

The textiles have a tropical and oriental atmosphere and are stylishly decorated in the image of a city by the sea.

A wide range of alcoholic beverages such as "Spice Cocktail" with fascinating herbs and spices.

One of the charms of our restaurant is that you can enjoy sake with authentic spices and seafood dishes as a snack.

A chef who has studied at a South Indian restaurant in a star hotel takes the Japanese Indian cuisine world to a new stage.

The inside of the store is spacious and has a calm atmosphere that can be used for dates. Terrace seats are also popular.

We at Rati Co, Ltd. started our business with a vision to introduce authentic, delicious Indian food to Japan.

The basic idea is: Hygiene + Health = Happiness.

Course Menu

The chef comes from an Indian star hotel.

The chef is from the gastronomic town of Mangalore. My father is a famous local chef, and has been taught by him since he was a boy. Aspiring to be a chef since the age of 15, he studied at a South Indian restaurant at a 4-star hotel.

Without using any additives etc., with the skillful use of spice and its sense, Toyosu's fresh seafood is sublimated into a fascinating Mangalore dish. The seafood x spices unique to a gastronomic port town bring a new twist to the Indian food industry in Japan.

Our Grand menu consists of West and South-Indian Coastal recipes Right from soups, salads, starters, snacks, curries, rice & breads with plenty of variations and furthermore most of those dishes are often relished solely at Bangera’s kitchen. We tend to even have a good & wide range of vegetarian, vegan and sea-food
